There is no fixed minimum. Tell us your date and we will look at what it needs: the venue, the creative scope, and any airspace or city approvals. Peak dates (July 4th, New Year’s Eve, and holidays) price higher and fill earlier, so it is worth starting those conversations sooner.

Every show is custom-quoted. For planning, use three budget ranges: $10–30K, $30–60K, and $60K+. Your proposal reflects the creative scope, show scale, venue, and date. Send us your event date, location, and what you want the show to do, and we’ll recommend a configuration and return a proposal within days.

Yes, and the shortest version of why is that we never fly over crowds or open roads. Beyond that policy, five systems do the work: geofencing that bounds each aircraft in three-dimensional space, real-time telemetry to the ground control station, automated return-to-home if an anomaly appears, redundant positioning and comms, and on-site safety officers securing the perimeter and scanning for aerial hazards. Every show is flown by licensed pilots with site-specific safety planning, and we assess the site itself before the date.

Yes, and it is included in the quote rather than billed separately. We handle FAA authorizations, airspace notices, local airspace coordination, and city or county permitting. You do not need to manage any part of it. One thing worth being straight about: airspace approval is a federal process that works the same way for every operator, so this is not something we would claim an edge in. It is simply part of the job, and we take it off your desk.

We fly shows at 100, 200, 300, 500, 750, 1,000, and 1,500 drones. 100 gives you clean, recognizable visuals: logos, icons, text, and the one signature moment the night is built around. 200 is where minimal 3D formations become possible, so shapes start reading with depth. 300 adds scannable QR codes. At 500+ drones, aerial screen projection becomes possible, where the drones hold a grid and play imagery or video like a screen in the sky, along with larger and more detailed formations.
